The present invention relates to an apparatus of processing composite materials for recycling the composite materials including a thermoplastic resin, comprising: a mold part including a base mold, a pressurizing mold facing the base mold, and a side mold surrounding the base mold and the pressurizing mold to form an accommodation space, in which the composite materials are accommodated, between the base mold and the pressurizing mold; a heating part for heating the mold part to melt a thermoplastic resin of the composite materials accommodated in the accommodation space; and a pressurization driving part for moving the pressurizing mold to be close to or away from the base mold, wherein the side mold has an extraction passage through which the molten thermoplastic resin is discharged from the accommodation space.
