The present invention relates to an angle-adjustable mobile desk having improved structure, which is mainly used in seminars, private institutes, and schools. More specifically, an upper plate has resistance when rotating downward by an elastic spring inserted in a hinge shaft connecting the upper plate to a frame body, a finishing fixer is formed to be coupled to an upper end of the frame body, and a bearing shaft is formed to be coupled to a caster coupled to a lower end of the frame body to allow the upper plate to slowly rotate downward due to the resistance caused by the elastic spring when the upper plate being erected in the vertical direction is rotated downward in the horizontal direction, thereby preventing the occurrence of unnecessary noise due to a rapid mutual collision therebetween and preventing an accident or the like such as jamming due to rapid lowering thereof, a bag holder is selectively formed while finishing the frame body, thereby improving ease of use of the mobile desk and increasing productivity and economic efficiency, and a shaft for coupling the caster can significantly reduce frictional noise or abrasion having occurred during a change of direction by an embedded bearing ball, thereby allowing for more quiet movement and a greatly extended service life.
