The present invention relates to a smart water leakage alarm system immediately detecting leakage occurring in a pipe and issuing an alarm. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the smart water leakage alarm system comprises: a water leakage sensor detecting when water leakage occurs, having a bar shape, and extended by connection with a connector; and a water leakage alarm outputting a water leakage alarm sound when water leakage is detected through the water leakage sensor. The water leakage sensor comprises: a PCB with a rod shape; an anode pattern patterned with a conductive material along one longitudinal edge of the PCB; and a cathode pattern spaced apart from the anode pattern with a conductive material along the other longitudinal side of the PCB. Moreover, the smart water leakage warning system comprises an anode cable electrically connecting the anode pattern with the water leakage alarm and a cathode cable electrically connecting the anode pattern with the water leakage alarm.
