An objective of the present invention is to provide a gear shift control method for a vehicle with an automated manual transmission (AMT) which improves riding comfort. The gear shift control method for a vehicle with an AMT comprises: a gear shift situation determination step where a controller determines entry of power-on downshifting; a forcible release step where the controller starts to release a clutch to release a current shift gear to a neutral state before the clutch is completely released if entry of power-on downshifting is determined; a feedback control step where the controller performs feedback control to allow a rotating speed of the clutch to follow a rotating speed of an engine after the forcible release step; a learning step where the controller checks an inflection point of a rotating speed of an input shaft, and uses a change rate of the rotating speed of the input shaft at a time when the inflection point is checked to learn a touch point of the clutch while performing the feedback control step; a clutch opening step where the controller completely releases the clutch if the rotating speed of the engine is synchronized with a synchronization speed of a target shift gear within a prescribed reference range or a synchronization action for engaging the target shift gear is started; and a gear shift completion step where the controller couples the clutch to complete a gear shift if the target shift gear is engaged.
