The present invention relates to a floatation separation type sewage treatment apparatus having a microbubble contact portion equipped with a horizontal distribution cone having an inclined elliptical cone shape and having a distribution cone hole. Through the distribution cone hole, sewage and floc can flow smoothly in a longitudinal direction. Through a microbubble water complex pump and a microbubble water supply pipe, microbubble water is supplied to the microbubble contact portion without pressure loss and agglomeration of microbubbles, while bringing a uniform distribution of microbubbles in the microbubble contact portion. Therefore, installation cost and maintenance cost due to power consumption are low.
