A method for predicting a survival rate and sales by types of business comprises the following steps of: receiving interested regions, peripheral regions of the interested regions and interested types of business; processing data extracted from pre-stored database and calculating independent variables and dependent variables with respect to the interested regions and peripheral regions; and, if the interested types of business do not exist in the interested regions, estimating the dependent variables with respect to the interested regions based on the independent variables with respect to the peripheral regions and the independent variables with respect to the interested regions.
