According to the present invention, an energy integrated management system includes a central monitoring unit (100) collecting, analyzing, and controlling energy consumption of one or more lightings (10), outlets (20), air conditioners (30), and machine equipment (40) installed in a building and used in each room. The energy integrated management system includes: one or more fire detectors (200) installed in a predetermined zone inside the building and detecting fire; occupancy detectors (300) installed in each of the rooms and detecting presence of human; a communication relay device (400) communicating with the fire detectors (200) and the occupancy detectors (300); a control network (500) allowing communication between the communication relay device (400) and the central monitoring unit (100); a lighting control unit (600) connected to lightings from each room and controlling on/off state; a display unit (700) individually and collectively displaying signals sent from the lightings (10), the outlets (20), the air conditioners (30), the machine equipment (40), the fire detector (200), and the occupancy detector (300) in real time; and a control unit (800) transferring an operating command from a manager to the central monitoring unit (100) in order to control the lightings (10), the outlets (20), the air conditioners (30), and the machine equipment (40) according to the operating command from the manager. The present invention can promote energy saving and prevent fire due to long-term usage in absence.
