UX METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PROVIDING UX INFORMATION IN CHATTING ENVIRONMENT

Disclosed are a method which recognizes a chatting text of a user to provide UX information suitable for the user in a chat environment and an apparatus thereof. In the chat environment, a method for providing UX information comprises the steps of: receiving a chatting text from a user; extracting a UX information keyword from the chatting text; using a context keyword extracted from chatting history information and the chatting text to determine the current work processing step in the process of work processing using the UX methodology; and using the UX information keyword and the current work processing step to provide target UX methodology information to the user.
