The present invention relates to a cane for elderly, comprising a handle (10) having an armrest (11), a middle support unit (20) and a hoof (30). An upper case (40) is formed between the handle (10) and the middle support unit (20), and a lower case (50) is formed between the middle support unit (20) and the hoof (30). The middle support unit (20) has a plurality of holes for capable of adjusting lengths on upper and lower parts, respectively. The upper and lower cases (30, 40) have a plurality of holes such that the middle support unit (20) is inserted into the upper and lower cases (30, 40) and the holes of the cases and the holes of the middle support unit are coupled by means of pins. A front hoof (301), a middle hoof (302) and a rear hoof (303) are sequentially formed in a lower part of the hoof (30). The present invention installs a hoof in a lower part thereof in order to prevent a cane from being stuck in cracks and to help a user go up the stairs stably, and has a weight sensor in order to inform a user to properly adjust weights loaded to the cane for elderly.
