The present invention relates to a contaminated soil screening and washing, and wastewater treatment purification and monitoring system. More particularly, the present invention relates to a contaminated soil screening and washing, and wastewater treatment purification and monitoring system which separates and washes contaminated soil in which oil or petrochemical contaminants or various heavy metals are mixed in multiple stages according to particle sizes, thereby increasing washing efficiency of the contaminated soil, purifies the washing wastewater containing contaminants and heavy metals generated when washing contaminated soil, and calculates the purification period while monitoring the contamination level in real time based on the contamination level data which automatically measures the contaminant contamination level in real time.
