The present invention relates to a non-shaft screw conveyor for transferring sludge passing through a dehydration device, which improves sludge transfer efficiency by feedback-controlling a driving speed of a driving motor (100) in accordance with a load of sludge applied to a non-shaft screw (120), prevents damage by stopping operation of the driving motor (100) during overload and notifies a replacement period to be possible to prevent abrasion and damage by direct contact of the casing (150) and the non-shaft screw (120) and prevent pitching generation by installing a non-contact metal sensor (170) capable of sensing abrasion of a synthetic resin liner (160) installed in the casing (150) to send a signal when reaching abrasion limits of the synthetic resin liner (160).
