A device for constructing a training template comprises: a gaze fixing point receiving unit receiving gaze fixing points of a user looking at a face photograph, in which an emotion is expressed, from an interlocking eye tracking device; a gaze pattern extracting unit extracting a gaze pattern and gaze pattern information by performing machine learning on the gaze fixing points received by the gaze fixing point receiving unit; a heatmap deriving unit deriving a heatmap by using the gaze pattern and gaze pattern information extracted by the gaze pattern extracting unit; a difference heatmap deriving unit deriving a difference between the heat map derived from the heat map deriving unit and a heat map of a reference group based on the prestored face photograph, in which the same emotion is expressed, and deriving a difference heat map in which the difference is reflected; and a control unit analyzing the gaze pattern and the difference heat map to generate a training template including the sequence, time, and path of gaze processing of the user.
