The present invention relates to a continuous biomass fusion processing device and a biomass processing method using the same, and more specifically, to a continuous biomass fusion processing device capable of simultaneously performing a chemical process and a physical process, and a biomass processing method using the same. The biomass fusion processing device comprises: a biomass supplying unit which supplies biomass to a biomass pulverizing unit; a catalyst supplying unit which is connected to the biomass supplying unit and supplies catalysts to the biomass supplying unit; a biomass pulverizing unit which stirs the biomass and the catalysts supplied thereto and pulverizes the biomass; a biomass discharging unit which is connected to the biomass pulverizing unit and discharges biomass pulverized in the biomass pulverizing unit to the outside; and a control unit which controls the temperature inside the biomass pulverizing unit and regulates an amount of the biomass and concentration of the catalyst supplied according to an internal temperature.
