An airline ticket-issuing and boarding system using face recognition information and passport information according to the present invention comprises: a passport management server storing information on passports issued for multiple passengers and receiving ticket-issuing information of the passengers from an airline ticket-issuing server and storing the ticket-issuing information at a database; a front camera taking an image of the passenger at a set position and angle of the passenger and transmitting information on the taken image to the airline ticket-issuing server in the case of issuing an airline ticket for a flight at an airport; the airline ticket-issuing server matching and storing the passport information, the ticket-issuing information and the extracted face recognition information of the passengers; a departure checkpoint server extracting face recognition information from information on an image of a customer transmitted by a departure checkpoint camera, comparing the extracted information with the pre-stored face recognition information and passport information of the passengers, and if identical, controlling a departure checkpoint door to be opened and to allow departure; the departure checkpoint camera taking an image of the passenger at a preset position and angle of the passenger in the departure checkpoint and transmitting information on the taken image to the departure checkpoint server; a boarding desk server comparing the extracted face recognition information of the passenger with the pre-stored face recognition information and passport information of the passenger, and if identical, allowing the passenger to board the airplane; and a boarding desk camera taking an image of the passenger, who is to board the airplane, at a set position and angle of the passenger and transmitting the taken image information to the boarding desk server. The present invention can prevent illegal boarding of forged passport holders.
