The present invention relates to a control method of an application for stress analysis and alleviation. According to one embodiment of the present invention, an integrated art cognitive therapy method uses an application stored in a terminal having a display capable of inputting to perform a cognitive therapy. The present invention comprises: a first step of outputting a plurality of theme icons on the display in order for a user to select; a second step of outputting a preset music, asking questions for negative content related to the theme selected by the user, requesting the user to perform a coloring on a first screen output on the display, and requiring the user to write answers of the questions on a second screen output on the display; and a third step of outputting a preset music, asking questions for positive content related to the theme selected by the user, requesting the user to perform a sketch on a third screen output on the display, and requiring the user to write answers of the questions on a fourth screen output on the display.
