The present invention relates to a forgery determination device using code authentication of a package box. To this end, the device comprises: a standardization module which generates standardized image information by standardizing perspective, angle, and size of image information; a print similarity calculation module which calculates print similarity of a plurality of existing standardized image information and standardized image information received as the same product based on the standardized image information and received product information, and outputs print similarity information; an authentication sequence number calculation module which calculates an authentication sequence number for ID information by using web logs generated based on an UUID to generate authentication sequence number information indicating the number of UUID information accessing the web access information of a QR code generated for the ID information; and a forgery determination module which determines forgery for the received ID information on the basis of the product, the print similarity and the authentication sequence number information to generate forgery determination information. Thus, the forgery can be determined by enabling a consumer to simply photograph a code printed on the package box.
