A latch circuit for preventing an output error due to the simultaneous transition of a control signal and an input signal is disclosed. The latch circuit of the present invention generates a separate control adjustment signal (Ctr) using a control signal and an input signal, and uses the control adjustment signal (Ctr) instead of the control signal for a latch operation. Accordingly, even when the control signal and the input signal are simultaneously transitioned, the control adjustment signal is processed so that no transition occurs during the transition period of the input signal, and there is no problem with the metastability that has occurred in the past. The latch circuit includes a latch block and a control part.
