Disclosed is a bridge upper structure lifting apparatus. According to the present invention, the bridge upper structure lifting apparatus includes: a lower support having a plurality of pillar parts adjacent to each edge of a lower board in a square board shape; a grid support part coupled to an upper end portion of the lower support; a plurality of supporter parts which are coupled to an upper portion of the grid support part and to which a height adjustable part capable of height adjustment is coupled so as to correspond to a slope of a bridge seat device; and a cross beam provided between the lower supports in a right angle direction of a bridge axis and coupled to a side portion of the gird support part.
