Provided is a method for preparing polymer polyols comprising the following steps: (a) preparing a primary particle dispersion by polymerizing polyol and monomers in the presence of a diluent; and (b) inputting the polyol and monomers to the primary particle dispersion, polymerizing the same and preparing a secondary particle dispersion.
