The present invention relates to a crusher for improving the particle size of fine aggregates and a method for producing fine aggregates by using the same, and the purpose of the present invention is to provide a crusher for improving the particle size of fine aggregates capable of increasing content of fine powder of fine aggregates by additionally crushing only fine stone dust having a small particle size, and a method for producing fine aggregates by using the same. To this end, the crusher, which receives fine aggregates produced by crushing construction waste and crushes the same, comprises: a main frame having an inlet formed on an upper end and an outlet formed on a lower end; a rotation selection member having an upper surface facing fine aggregates introduced through the inlet, coupled to a driving shaft installed in the main frame in a vertical direction to rotate with the driving shaft and to bounce the fine aggregates by different distances depending on the particle size of the introduced fine aggregates, and thus classifying the fine aggregates into thick stone dust and fine stone dust; a separation frame installed in the main frame to divide a lower space of the rotation selection member into a first passage through which the thick stone dust passes and a second passage through which the fine stone dust passes; and a crushing machine installed to be positioned on the inside of the separation frame to crush the fine stone dust introduced into the second passage, and increasing content of fine powder. The rotation selection member comprises: a conical rotary plate formed in a conical shape and coupled to the driving shaft to rotate with the driving shaft; and a plurality of wings having a structure protruding upward from an upper surface of the conical rotary plate and arranged to be dispersed in a circumferential direction of the conical rotary plate. Also, the present invention provides a method for improving the particle size by using the crusher.
