The present invention relates to a manhole repair method using a circular cutter on a road, having improved cutting depth. The manhole repair method can be applied to manholes of various diameters. The manhole repair method can prevent degradation of a cutting force and can prevent damage to the inner circumference of a wheel body by changing the structure of the grinding tip of the grinding wheel.
