The present invention relates to an anti-buckling jig in a fatigue crack propagation test and a system for measuring fatigue crack propagation. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the anti-buckling jig is a square plate jig used to support a specimen on both sides while the fatigue crack propagation test is repeated on the specimen. The anti-buckling jig has a groove at an upper end, and a first hole capable of observing a crack of the specimen is installed in the lower part of the groove. A second hole for coupling a fatigue test device can be installed on the both sides of the first hole. The anti-buckling jig also has a third hole on both sides of the first hole, and the third hole is formed to accommodate a member which is coupled so that the member coupled to the specimen does not influence the test by approaching the anti-buckling jig. An area to a corner on both sides of the jig in the second hole is thinner than the other area of the jig. The jig has a fourth hole for connecting the jigs at an edge of the square plate jig.
