The present invention relates to a low voltage and high current bus-bar test apparatus operable with a low capacity power supply apparatus, which comprises: a first power conversion unit for stepping down DC power applied from the power supply apparatus and converting the DC power into supply power having a relatively low voltage and high current; a second power conversion unit for stepping up the supply power consumed by the load generated by a bus-bar and controlling the current applied to the bus-bar; and a feedback unit for compensating power applied from the power supply apparatus.
