Disclosed are an overspeed prevention device and system for precisely analyzing a driving condition of a vehicle in a road tunnel by using a communication facility infrastructure, and warning a driver by using a hologram when there is a risk of accidents such as speeding or signs of the speeding, thereby preventing the accident in the road tunnel. According to one aspect of the present invention, the overspeed prevention system for preventing overspeed of a vehicle in a road tunnel comprises: at least one millimeter wave sensor provided in the road tunnel to sense a vehicle and transmit the sensing resu a plurality of hologram display devices provided in lanes in the road tunnel at predetermined intervals in a driving direction to output holograms; and a control server analyzing the speed of a specific vehicle in the road tunnel based on sensing information received from the at least one millimeter wave sensor and, when the analyzed speed is greater than or equal to a regulated speed, displaying a hologram by controlling at least one hologram display device located in front of the specific vehicle among the plurality of hologram display devices provided in an adjacent lane of the specific vehicle.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
