The present invention relates to a lightweight foamed concrete composition. According to an aspect of the present invention, the lightweight foamed concrete composition comprises a cement, a plurality of particulate bottom ashes, and pearl foaming stones. The cement includes a plurality of fine bubbles, the plurality of particulate bottom ashes surround fine bubbles, have a diameter of 1 mm or less, and the pearl foaming stones are mixed with the cement.
