Mixing-liquid transfer apparatus having scum removing and chemical solution dispensing input function and wastewater treatment method using inner circulation type sequencing batch reactor having the same
The present invention relates to chemical solution transferring and stirring equipment having functions of removing scum and dispersing and injecting the chemical solution, which is capable of removing scum or dispersing and injecting an injected coagulating chemical solution to a reaction tank by using a negative pressure generated in a chemical solution transferring and stirring process; and a water treatment method using an internal circulation-type sequencing batch reaction apparatus including the same. Specifically, the equipment which is installed in one or more reaction tanks selected from two or more reaction tanks to transfer a reaction solution of an adjacent other reaction tank, includes: a driving motor which applies a rotational force; an impeller which is connected to a rotary shaft of the driving motor to be rotationally interlocked; a negative pressure space which is formed between the impeller and the driving motor and in which the negative pressure is generated by rotation of the impeller; a first guide unit which includes a first guide pipe formed in a pipe shape and accommodating the impeller, a plurality of connection rods installed to be spaced apart from one another along a circumferential direction on one side of the guide pipe facing the negative pressure space and connected to the driving motor, and an opening unit formed by a separation space between the connection rods; a second guide unit which includes a second guide pipe formed in a pipe shape with the diameter larger than the diameter of the first guide pipe, and connected to the other side of the first guide pipe so that a reaction solution is flown in through a gap between the second guide pipe and the first guide pipe; and a chemical solution transfer unit which allows the reaction solution received in an adjacent other reaction tank to be transferred to the negative pressure space.
