The present invention relates to a rainwater detention-type dual side gutter waterway pipe, which is able to be buried and installed in the ground surface to discharge rainwater introduced from the outside to landscaping trees and drains. More specifically, the present invention relates to a rainwater detention-type dual side gutter waterway pipe, comprising: a drain grating; an upper waterway pipe which includes a settlement unit, which has a settlement bump formed to settle the drain grating on a first frame, whose upper side and lower side are open, side unit support units on both sides which are formed by being bent and extended from both side surfaces of the settlement unit in a direction for burying the waterway pipe, thereby forming a path through which rainwater can flow, a first protruding unit which protrudes from a lower surface of the side unit support units, and a first local unit hollow part, which is formed on a side unit support unit on one side to be inclined; a filter unit in a plate shape to be inserted between the side unit support units on both sides, which includes a plurality of filters which filter out nonpoint pollution sources included in the introduced rainwater; a lower waterway pipe which secures and supports the upper water pipe, including an upper side which is open to allow the filter unit settled, an internal space connected to the drains, and a second body which has a second local unit hollow part formed on a position facing the first local unit hollow part to be inclined; and dropper pipe connection units which are respectively inserted into and engaged with the first local unit hollow part and second local unit hollow part, and which are connected to a dropper pipe buried in the ground.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
