The present invention relates to a damage inspection method for a dam using an inspection and diagnosis drone, to prevent the occurrence of an accident. According to the present invention, the damage inspection method of a dam using an inspection and diagnosis drone comprises the following steps: confirming and transmitting an identification number of a dam to be inspected to a main server; checking whether database storage data storing surface image information of the dam corresponding to the identification number is stored in the main server and displaying a check resu allowing the main server or a manager to move the drone to a photographing position of the dam based on the database storage data; evaluating coordinates and an abnormality state of a position, in which an abnormality occurs, transmitted from the drone in accordance with a damage information state evaluation criterion and transmitting damage history to a terminal of an inspector; and determining to precisely execute inspection and diagnosis for an abnormal portion and executing the same.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
