The integrated management center converts the transmitted electrical hazard element information into big data so as to be shared with an on-site management center and analyzes a change trend of big data-formed electrical hazard element information so as to allow the on-site management center to instruct the terminal of the electrical safety manager to dispatch to the venue in which the electrical abnormality is found when the electrical abnormality is found.
