According to one embodiment of the present invention, a device for detecting a malicious delinquent thing on the basis of an artificial intelligence can comprise: a data preprocessing part which calculates a specific variable from rental fee payment history data; a pattern detecting part for detecting a normal pattern and a delinquent pattern on the basis of an abnormality detection algorithm which inputs the specific variable; a new pattern classification part classifying a new pattern of a rental fee payment on the basis of an unsupervised learning-based clustering algorithm which inputs the normal pattern and the delinquent pattern; and a new payment pattern detection part for detecting a malicious pattern of a new malicious delinquent by building a pattern discrimination model which inputs the normal pattern, the overdue pattern, and the new pattern.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
