According to a system for predicting the number of persons to be admitted of a building using GIS information and a method thereof, the number of persons to be admitted is calculated by inputting GIS information such as the use, the height and the surface area of a building so the number of persons in the building can be predicted in advance. By providing an evacuation simulation image of persons in the building, if a disaster such as earthquake or fire occurs, time for firefighting can be planned more effectively and the persons in the building can be rapidly evacuated to the outside.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
