The present invention relates to a steam generator for steaming wrap silage and a method for steaming wrap silage using the same. An apparatus according to the present invention places a flat spiral heater in a bottom space part formed between an outer cylinder and an inner cylinder. In an outer space, a rim and an outer circumferential heater composed of a plurality of U-shaped heaters extending downward having a predetermined distance between the rim are positioned, and thus the apparatus comprises a nozzle extending from the inner cylinder. According to the present invention, by simply and easily steaming the wrap silage itself for a desired time at a desired time without using a separate heating cattle feed vessel for making cattle feed, it is possible to increase digestibility and reduce feed and labor costs, and thus it also enables the breeding of more eco-friendly and more natural high-quality cattle bred by feeding forage. In addition, sterilization in a steaming process prevents bovine disease caused by decayed bacteria, enables the breeding of high quality cattle bred by feeding forage, and thus there is no fear of heater breakage due to scale deposition despite the use of hard water in livestock farming environments.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
