According to the present invention, a plurality of mobile terminal devices forming an unmanned robot system generate and collect information necessary for requesting data transmission slot allocation to a remote control device, and the mobile terminal device generates a control message for requesting slot allocation. And transmitting the generated control message to the remote control device and allocating a data transmission slot considering the bidirectional traffic transmission of the plurality of mobile terminal devices in the remote control device. As a time slot allocation method of the present invention, the present invention guarantees the performance of an unmanned robot system by efficient dynamic slot allocation considering sequential transmission of bidirectional traffic in an unmanned robot system in which QoS of bidirectional traffic should be guaranteed.
