The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing compost using fallen leaves and compost manufactured thereby. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method of efficiently manufacturing good quality compost by increasing nitrogen components in the compost to increase the utilization of the compost of fallen leaves, killing harmful bacteria in the compost through high temperature aerobic fermentation, and enabling the complete decomposition of the fallen leaves within a relatively short period of time; and the compost manufactured thereby.
