The present invention is to provide a portable device for storing and supplying standard insulating oil comprising: a standard insulating oil container formed to store standard insulating oil inside; a standard insulating oil inlet provided in the standard insulating oil container; a storage cover and a circulation cover formed to cover the standard insulating oil inlet and coupled to be selectively detached from the edge of the standard insulating oil inlet; a sealant provided in a circular form to be installed on the edge of the standard insulating oil inlet and consisting of a copolymer; and a supply line and a recovery line installed to penetrate the circulation cover and connected to a sensor of dissolved gas in oil to circulate standard insulating oil stored in the standard insulating oil container to the sensor of dissolved gas in oil.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
