The present invention relates to a method for mass-producing artificial seeds of Silurus microdosalis, the method comprising: (a) a parent fish procurement and parent fish management step in which wild female and male Silurus microdosalis parent fishes and rearing the same by supplying food; (b) an artificial egg collection and fertilization step for selecting the female and male parent fishes managed in the step (b) and collecting ovaries and testis to conduct artificial fertilization; (c) a fertilized egg management and hatching step for placing the artificially fertilized eggs produced in the step (b) and managing the same until hatching; and (d) a rearing management step for rearing and managing juvenile fishes hatched in the step (c) and rearing the same. The present invention can increase the production of artificial seeds of Silurus microdosalis with artificial fertilization rate and hatching rate of 90% or higher, thereby enabling the mass-production thereof.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
