Disclosed is a lumbosacral orthosis capable of providing a pressure force of various sizes to a wearer as needed. The lumbosacral orthosis comprises: an inner orthosis placed to surround the waist of a wearer when the wearer wears the lumbosacral orthosis and including a rear support part which is located on the back of the wearer to support at least a portion of the wearers lumbar spine, and one abdominal support part and the other abdominal support part which are extended from each of one end and the other end of the rear support part along each of one side and the other side of the wearer, and are interconnected on the wearers abdomen; and an outer orthosis placed to surround the waist of the wearer on the inner orthosis or alone when the wear wears the lumbosacral orthosis and including one side fixing part and the other fixing part which are extended along each of one side and the other side of the wearer to be interconnected on the wearers abdomen, and a strap structure which connects the one side fixing part and the other fixing part on the back of the wearer.
