Disclosed is a protection relay system for protection of substation equipment. The protection relay system of the present invention includes a power converter that receives power from a system power or a power supply, converts the power, and outputs the load to a load device, a first breaker that blocks an input terminal distribution line of the power converter, and an output terminal distribution line of the power converter. A second breaker that cuts off and a protection relay device that measures the input power and the output power of the power converter, respectively, and detects an abnormal state and a failure by using the measurement result to control the disconnection of the first and second breakers of the power distribution line. Including the bar, the present invention simultaneously detects the amount of power input and output to the substation facility to be protected, such as a power converter, inverter, power storage device in real time, and detects the input or output of the substation facility when a dangerous state is detected. By blocking in advance, accidents or breakdowns of substation facilities can be prevented.
