BEMS Energy efficiency analyzing system using BEMS data

The present invention relates to an energy efficiency analysis system and a method of efficiently operating energy related facilities using the same which use building energy management system (BEMS) data to diagnose the performance of each responsible facility related to energy and determine the inherent efficiency or lifespan from the diagnosis so that the facilities to be used for energy management can maintain optimal performance. In addition, the present invention relates to a system which can diagnose the efficiency of cooling and heating compared to the energy input for each zone by using the BEMS data.
