The present invention relates to a waterproofing and draining structure of an exterior wall of an underground structure, which includes: an exterior wall (1) of an underground structure; a negative electrode provided on the outside of the exterior wall (1); and a positive electrode (3) provided in the exterior wall (1). The waterproofing structure of the present invention has a simple structure so that design and construction costs are reduced than a conventional structure.
