The present invention relates to a Nordic walking pawl, comprising a pawl tube (2), provided with an attachment (3) at the bottom of the pawl tube (2), wherein the attachment (3) is provided with a shock absorber (4) made of a rubber elastic material. It is detachably fixed. The shock absorber according to the invention has an insert 5 of hard material in the central incision. This insert is fastened to the attachment to connect the shock absorber to the pawl.
