Disclosed is an impact buffering device for a marine platform. The impact buffering device for a marine platform includes: a lower supporter fixedly installed on a floor surface of the marine platform; a lower plate positioned on an upper portion of the lower supporter; an upper plate positioned to be spaced apart from the lower plate by a predetermined distance; an upper supporter positioned on an upper portion of the upper plate; and a plurality of elastic restoration means positioned between the upper plate and the lower plate, supporting the upper plate and the upper supporter, and buffering force by external impact.
