The present invention relates to a high pressure index solid propellant composition. More particularly, the present invention relates to a solid propellant composition comprising an oxidizing agent comprising at least one selected from a group consisting of nitramine, nitrate, combinations thereof, and a prepolymer having a hydroxyl group at a chain end, and having a pressure index of 0.6 to 1.0.
