The present invention relates to a remote monitoring device for a building-integrated photovoltaic (BIPV) generator and a facility related thereto and, more particularly, to an IoT-based photovoltaic power generation remote monitoring device which can construct various communication environments even without applying a separate dedicated communication equipment model through a single repeater having compatibility for communication environments of various IoT networks or a communication logic for each communication company, can collect and provide all data at one time by interworking with peripheral devices such as an environmental sensor, a fire monitoring device, and an ESS as well as a photovoltaic power generator and can accurately diagnose and monitor a state while reducing a load of a communication network and a management server by pre-filtering invalid data from collected data of an inverter and the environmental sensor of the photovoltaic power generator in a relay level and transmitting the same to the management server.
