The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of an eco-friendly elastic mat using recycled poly vinyl butyral (PVB) and, more specifically, to a manufacturing method of an eco-friendly elastic mat using recycled PVB, which easily separates PVB from PVB scrap, is efficient because extrusion molding and lamination of an upper layer and a lower layer can be carried out at the same time, and has excellent adhesive strength.
