The present invention relates to a paint which is used for wall finish of a building, and can be used to form three-dimensional texture of natural stone, and a method for producing the same. The paint composition according to the present invention comprises: an aqueous sol mixture; a color mixture; and an aqueous gel mixture, forms a three-dimensional stone texture pattern excellent in visual three-dimensional impression, and easily expresses stone particles having large particle size such as granite or the like. In addition, the paint composition according to the present invention can easily form a pattern of a variety of natural stone, and form a paint film having excellent durability, thereby being utilized as a paint for finishing various buildings.
