According to the present invention, disclosed are an image correction apparatus of an image radar and a system thereof. The image correction apparatus of an image radar comprises a coordinate mapping unit mapping image pixel coordinates of an SAR image obtained from the image radar to earth surface coordinates including the altitude and accurately obtains surface coordinates of the image coordinates regardless of a flight direction and a squint angle, thereby enabling additional precise oscillation compensation of the SAR image.
