Disclosed are a three-dimensional model generation method to which structure damage information is mapped, and a recording medium on which a program for executing the same is recorded. According to the present invention, a computing device receives two-dimensional coordinates of a damage image of a target structure extracted through image processing on an image acquired for a target structure by using an unmanned aerial vehicle, and receives two-dimensional coordinates of the damage image of the target structure. The coordinates are converted into three-dimensional coordinates, and the damage image is displayed on the three-dimensional model of the target structure based on the converted three-dimensional coordinates. According to the present invention, it is possible to express a damage image on the outer surface of the nuclear reactor containment structure obtained through an unmanned photographing vehicle such as a drone, and a geometry consisting of points, lines, or planes for damage in three-dimensional space.
