The present invention relates to LED lighting with excellent dustproof and waterproof and heat dissipation efficiency. The LED lighting has a heat dissipation unit which is excellent in sealing functions for water proof and dust proof and external ventilation. To this end, a hole for heat dissipation is formed in a longitudinal direction at the center. A part of an upper side is connected to the hole for heat dissipation and has a ventilation hole for air circulation so as to naturally circulate and dissipate heat generated from an LED light source. Moreover, the present invention prevents a foreign material such as moisture, dust and the like from penetrating inside so as to maintain the waterproof and dustproof function.
