A first cooling water passage through which coolant flows is formed therein, and a first cooling unit through which coolant flows in or out, and a second cooling water passage through which coolant flows is formed therein, and the coolant flows into or discharges through the first cooling unit. The water-cooled double-sided cooler including a second cooling unit spaced from the lower portion by a predetermined interval is disclosed. In the water-cooled double-sided cooler, a first communication hole penetrating the first cooling water passage and the outside is formed at the other end of the first cooling unit, and a second penetrating passage through the second cooling water passage and the outside at the other end of the second cooling unit. A communication hole is formed, and the first cooling unit and the second cooling unit are disposed such that the first communication hole and the second communication hole face each other so that the first cooling water passage and the second cooling water passage communicate with each other. .
